- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆East Brunswick Animal Control protects an abusive/neglectful dog owner who resides on 1 High Point road, East Brunswick, NJ 08816. When I told Mrs. Lesko that he has constantly ignored at least one of his dogs' erratic barking, especially in the late hours of the night in cold weather, she was snobbish, and referred me to the East Brunswick Police Department. For example, on October 2, 2016 at 2:53 a.m. and 3:48 a.m., at least one of his dogs was outside barking, with no shelter and/or food. When me and my mom drove pass his house one time, we saw him lying on the pavement, waiting by the door to be let in. The dogs that he currently owns deserve to have a caring owner, and be in a better environment than they are in now.By Jon L., October 06, 2016
