- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went to visit office on a Saturday morning during hours listed on the website & online - 10a-1p. At 10:30am, doors were locked, all dark inside. Called the office number which pushed me to a general State Farm answering service, not even to the office. I'm still waiting to hear back from Robbie West regarding and accident from February 2016 (where I was told I had to do all of the investigational and leg work; "that's not what insurance companies do anymore") I would have given a zero if 1 star wasn't the minimum.By Jen McKenna, February 10, 2017
